Each shelter has several picnic tables, a large charcoal grill, its own horseshoe pit and a volleyball court and playground nearby. Those renting shelters can check out horseshoes and volleyballs at no extra charge. Restrooms are centrally located near the shelters and are accessible from nearby parking spaces.
When at the park, when you see a reserved sign at one of our shelters, then it means it is booked for a group and not available for public use. Reservations serve groups in knowing that they have a space for their picnic enjoyment.
