The Wake County Office Building's 336 Fayetteville Street entrance provides easy access to Express Library–Fayetteville Street and the departments of Human Resources, Facilities Design & Construction, Environmental Services and its Environmental Health, Food Safety and Inspections, Solid Waste and Water Quality divisions, and Community Services and its Planning, Development & Inspections and Parks, Recreation & Open Space divisions.
The Waverly F. Akins Wake County Office Building is located in downtown Raleigh between Salisbury and Fayetteville streets at the corner of Davie Street. Visitors can enter from either 337 S. Salisbury St. or 336 Fayetteville St. Please be prepared to show picture identification.
