Yoga at the Library: Sadhana (Practice)

YOGA

About This Event

Sadhana refers to a dedicated and disciplined spiritual practice aimed at achieving a deeper understanding of the self and a connection to the divine. It involves commitment, consistency, and a mindful approach to both on and off the mat practices. At Triangle Shala this month, we will share tips on how to build a steady Sadhana in yoga for yourself so you can set yourself on the path to be the best version of yourself (inside & out). This 1-hour class is aimed at all levels of yoga practitioners. No experience? No problem. Our inclusive class format will provide options and guidance for everyone (including those that pre & postnatal) Bring a mat, roll it out, take a deep inhale and come learn about how yoga is more than asana (posture) practice.
