Yoga in the Library
About This Event
This monthly yoga class offers seated, standing and lying down poses accessible to everyone. We practice an adapted form of yoga with a chair that allow students to modify their practice based on flexibility, health and current ability level. *For best results, bring a yoga mat or towel to class.
No reservation necessary as attendance is on a first come, first served basis.
