About This Event

A nutrition education series! In each class, participants will learn how to cook simple, affordable, nutritious, and delicious meals, how to save money on food, food safety, and ways to move more throughout the day. The class is for 6 weeks, once a week for an hour. Participants receive cooking tools at each class, such as cutting boards, food thermometers, and measuring spoons. At completion, they receive a cookbook and a certificate of completion.

Space is limited, participants must commit to all 6 weeks. YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER ONCE.
