- Status of Sale Review by Appraisal Staff
- Planning Jurisdiction
- Neighborhood
- Heated Area Square Footage
- Year Built
- Effective Year Built
- Story Height
- Building Type and Use
- Acreage
The Residential Sales Search tool also allows users to create reports that include residential sales with select property characteristics that users deem comparable to a subject property.

Residential sales shown in this search are an extract from the County’s Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system, which includes many different codes and abbreviations to capture and describe property information. The Residential Sales Search tool uses many of these codes and abbreviations.
