Volunteer Service Agreement and Release Forms MUST be completed by all volunteers and emailed in advance or turned in at the beginning of the volunteer session.  Forms will be available on-site, but all unaccompanied minors must bring one already signed by a parent or guardian.  A completed and signed Volunteer Service Agreement and Release Form is good for a period of one year and valid for multiple volunteer sessions.
