Project Summary

The Wake County Board of Elections Renovations Phase II Project includes upfitting approximately 23,000 square feet of warehouse area to provide much-needed training space, support service areas and meeting rooms. The project will include improvements to the building envelope and the building's functional efficiencies and sustainability; enhancements to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and security systems; and accessibility improvements. Site improvements include amending the existing stormwater BMP, building a new circulation drive, new landscaping, accessible sidewalks and ramp, and repavement of the truck service court.
