The CCBI Evidence Receiving Unit only accepts evidence from law enforcement or prosecutorial entities for the purpose of criminal investigations originating in the Tenth Prosecutorial District and to be prosecuted by the Wake County District Attorney's Office. Evidence is received Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Please contact the CCBI Evidence Receiving Unit at 919-255-7335 to coordinate the submission or drop-off of evidence.
