Service Updates
Convenience Center Site 6 at 3913 Lillie Liles Road, is unable to accept bulky waste because of equipment failure. Residents who need to recycle cardboard or dispose of bulky items such as furniture should use Convenience Center Site 7 at 9024 Deponie Drive, until further notice.
Beginning Nov. 1, mattresses and box springs can only be disposed of at Convenience Centers 1, 2, 4, 7 and 11. Residents may only bring two (2) mattresses/box springs per day. Additional mattresses/box springs may be brought to the shredder at the South Wake Landfill for a processing fee of $10 per mattress.
