The Wake County Board of Commissioners meets in the Wake County Justice Center, Room 2700, on the first and third Mondays of each month (unless changed for holidays or other reasons). The first meeting of each month begins at 5 p.m., and the second meeting of each month begins at 2 p.m.

Members of the public may share comments with the Board in person during the meeting, held at the Wake County Justice Center in downtown Raleigh. Attendees must sign up to speak at this link. The signup period begins at 9 a.m. the day of the meeting and lasts until the meeting begins. Persons who sign up to speak will receive a confirmation email.

Members of the public not attending the meeting may also submit general comments online. The online comment form will be available 9 a.m. to noon on the day of the meeting. Please use the link that will be posted on the signup page.

Comments submitted online will be summarized during the meeting by staff and added to the meeting minutes.
